Standard Competition Terms & Conditions

Our website sometimes hosts online competitions for which entry requires you to supply personal details. The following are the standard terms and conditions which apply to our competitions. Terms & Conditions

  1. Open to all entries within the CV, LE, NN and OX postcode areas except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees, or family members of Rugby Central Shopping Centre and its promotional partners.
  2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  3. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
  4. All entrants’ details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winner(s) may be required to participate in promotional activity related to the competition.
  5. The competition is promoted by Rugby Central.
  6. Entry to the competition is deemed as full acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
  7. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Rugby Central reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize(s) of equivalent value if the original is/are no longer available. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded and is/are non-transferable.
  9. The winner(s) will be notified by Rugby Central or their representatives by email or phone, as appropriate to the competition, within 7 days of the competition closing date. They will then be announced via the Rugby Central social media channels.   10. Winners must respond to Rugby Central Shopping Centre within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise Rugby Central reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  11. All prizes must be collected from or delivery arranged (as appropriate) with Rugby Central Shopping Centre within a further 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
  12. You are providing your information to Rugby Central Shopping Centre.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time; the prize(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  2. The competition is promoted by Rugby Central Shopping Centre.
  3. No cash or alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  4. Prizes may be provided by third parties. No travel costs or expenses used in collecting or using the prize(s) will be covered. The Promoter has no responsibility for onward use of the prize(s).
  5. The closing date is as specified in the specific competition, and Rugby Central Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend the competition end dates at any time.
  6.
